Shop is a multi-tenant online store platform. Each merchant gets:
A private admin dashboard to manage catalog, stock, orders, and settings
A public storefront at /s/your-slug where customers shop
Public Landing, How-to, Demo, and storefronts are for everyone and search engines. Private Admin and API are for authenticated merchants only — not linked for search indexing.
For merchants (admin)
Everything below is done in the admin after you create a shop with a valid access code.
1. Get an access code
1
Visit Support Us
Open support-us.quantheo.app and follow the instructions to receive a unique one-time code.
2
Keep the code private
Each code can create one shop. After successful creation it is marked redeemed.
2. Create your shop
Go to the landing page and click Create your shop.
Submit. You are redirected to the admin for your new store.
Your public storefront will be: https://shop.quantheo.app/s/your-slug
3. Sign in to admin
Use the email and password you chose at creation. After login you see the dashboard: sales overview, recent orders, and shortcuts to products and inventory.
4. Products & variants
Create a product with title, description, images, price, compare-at price, and status (draft / active / archived).
Add variants (size, color, etc.) with their own SKU, barcode, price, and stock.
Set a featured image and additional images via the media library.
Only active products appear on the storefront.
5. Inventory
Track quantity per product/variant and location.
Record adjustments (receive stock, damage, recount) — history is kept.
Use inventory health on the analytics page to spot low stock.
6. Collections
Group products into collections (e.g. “New arrivals”, “Summer”). Assign products and publish so they appear at /collections/{handle} on the storefront. /collections/all lists every active product.
7. Orders & fulfillment
Orders are created when a customer completes checkout on the storefront.
Open an order to see line items, customer, timeline, and payment status.
Update fulfillment status, mark paid, or cancel/refund as needed.
8. Customers
View customer profiles, order history, tags, and notes. Customers who create an account on the storefront appear here automatically.
9. Discounts
Create percentage or fixed-amount discounts.
Optional discount code, usage limits, and start/end dates.
Customers enter the code at checkout; the cart total updates automatically.
10. Media library
Upload product and brand images (stored on Cloudflare R2). Reuse them across products and theme settings (logo).
11. Settings & theme
Store name, currency, timezone, logo.
Theme primary color and homepage sections (hero, featured products).
Shipping zones/rates and tax rates if you use them at checkout.
12. Analytics
Dashboard metrics: revenue, order count, average order value (AOV), best sellers, and inventory health. Use this to decide what to restock and promote.
13. Payments (including QR)
Checkout creates a real order in the database. For offline or local payment methods, you can configure a QR payment image so customers can pay and upload a payment screenshot for you to confirm in admin.
For customers (storefront)
Shoppers never need the admin. They use the public storefront only.
Browse & search
Home page: hero and featured products.
Collections: filter by category; /collections/all for everything.
